Environments

A specific environment of the activity of the Technical and Culture Chair is the UPC comunity, and particularly that of its students.

Anther one is the society, in which the UPC is inserted and to which, in last instance, is owed.

Finally, a third environment is made by the unlimited assembly of persons and institutions that, everywhere, are worried and sensitized about the interaction between the techinque and the culture.
